Appointment Policy

Please cancel or reschedule an appointment one day before the scheduled session via email. If a scheduled appointment is canceled by Elijah’s Resource, it will be rescheduled through the email on file.

For refunds, funds will be returned through Wix Payments. Refunds can take up to 3–5 business days to reach your credit card or bank account, depending on the financial institution. A standard Wix $2.33 processing fee applies on refunds.
