Client and Life Coach Relationship
Both parties recognize that the Client-Life Coach relationship is a partnership or alliance, not a legal relationship. The client decides how to apply coaching services, techniques, and advice to their own life.
Life Coach services are not a substitute for therapy and do not diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat mental diseases or disorders. Coaching is not intended to diagnose or treat physical or mental illness or to be construed as legal, financial, or medical advice.
Coaching is collaborative. The coach provides support, guidance, and expertise, but no specific results or outcomes can be guaranteed.
Cancellation
A 24-hour notice is required by phone and in writing if a scheduled Life Coach Session needs to be canceled. Canceling more than two consecutive sessions or more than two scheduled sessions without prior consent may be considered a significant breach.
